Vulcan Shuttle

Nice to see Round 2 bringing back some classic kits! And with nice improvements too! The addition of a magnet to hold the shuttle in place on top of the warp sled, great idea! The new decal sheets with hull plating are nice and add some really great detailing to this kit without the need for all the masking and painting. The color for the shuttle was off on the instruction sheet. They recommended purple with a little light gray mixed in. Didn't seem to match the plastic color very well, so I mixed up a pink color, added some medium blue one drop at a time until the plastic color matched. The model was then airbrushed with this mixture, then a gloss coat for the decals, flat coated, then weathered with pastels, then flat coated again.
