This is the Moebius Models Battlestar Pegasus kit. I used renders of the CG model found online. The build uses the following aftermarket kits:
Catalyst Creations Upgrade Set - minus the replacement arms and the flight pod launch tube inserts
JT Graphics Pegasus Flight Deck decals
ParaGrafix Modeling System Battlestar Pegasus Landing Bay Photoetch Set
Additional numbers and the "BS" from the PGMS Battlestar Galactica Photoetch & Decal set for the BS-62
Modifications I made to the kit and/or aftermarket sets:
Used an "intake vent" from one of the kit inserts on the "head" for the "ears" - the part that sort of looks like the Morser-Karl part on the TOS Galactica, only larger
added some "Docking port" to the Landing Bay PE parts
scratch built some crappy shuttles - a TOS / Mk I and TNS / Mk II shuttle. Both were too large, but they're added to each of the upper landing bays. I also added an even crappier Landram.
Added some additional detail to the landing bay walls to give it a bit more of a 3D look
scratchbuilt the "sidewalls" for each of the arms which connect to the flight pods, adding some details from another Pegasus kit I've been working on, as well as a few greeblies from my spares box
added some details to the aft flight pod deck sections where the guns go - this area is featureless
removed one of the Catalyst Creations antennas from the nose part and replaced it with one from a Moebius kit, making the antenna longer than the other, as the CG renders show it to be. The CC part has them equal in length.
modified the engine sections at the mid-point by using a combination of sprue and rod stock as "tubes / lines", as seen in the renders of those sections
Primer, painting and decaling were all done in the usual way. This isn't a show-stopper or award winner. I had fun building it, tho, and that's all I really care about.
